Is this a "No Mistakes" Policy??
This type of change feels like a game changer, and not necessarily in a good way.
It's been happening since January, and you should know this.
If you're flagged for non-compliance, instead of asking for a Plan of Action (PoA), they want proof immediately that you have a real and tangible solution on your way.
My take is that this new process is deeply rooted in AI.
In the past, when Chatgpt took place, EVERYBODY started using it to create their PoAs, and 99% of the time, they put things that were false or very impractical in reality.
Well, it looks like Amazon found out, and they are not loving it 🙄
Now, there is no narrative. Amazon wants real, concrete, and substantiated actions.
Depending on your compliance situation, you must reply to Amazon using different standardized options to provide the required information and solution in the right direction.
And in some cases, it can get to a point where the manufacturer must certify or provide you with those solutions so you can appeal.
