Amazon is accused of unfairly taking the buy box from sellers with active inventory. The company's practice of marking items as out of stock and delaying deliveries is criticized, contradicting its customer-centric claims.

Amazon should really be held liable for stealing the buy box away from sellers who have active inventory.

Temporarily out of stock and stealing buy box when deliveries are 2+ weeks out is criminal.

Amazon claims to be customer focused and customer centric but I don't see it.
